We're planning to launch our Re/Start Running programs in 2025, designed specifically to help beginners and returners find their love for running.

Interested? Here's what we have in store:

  • Strength & Mobility Classes: Join us for 1-2 weekly running-specific classes focused on building the strength and mobility you need for effortless running.

  • Tailored Running Programs: Follow a personalized running plan that fits where you are and helps you progress at your pace.

  • Education: Get education and support from physios, exercise physiologists and nutritionists

  • Weekly Group Runs: Nothing beats the motivation of running with a group! We might add a weekly group run to bring everyone together and add that extra bit of fun to our training.

All sessions are crafted from a physio’s perspective to ensure you start right, stay injury-free, and actually enjoy running.
