Expert Care in Bibra Lake for Active, Adventurous Lives
Meet the Team
Adventure Physio is a small, dedicated team: Stephanie Lock, our principal physiotherapist, and Jacinta, our Admin Hero. As we grow, our focus will always remain the same.
At Adventure physio, quality of care comes first. We’re not aiming to become a big chain. Staying small and nimble means we can listen properly, spend more time with you, and offer longer appointments when needed.

General Adventure Lover
Hey, I’m Steph. Physio, adventure lover and movement nerd.
I didn’t grow up sporty. I only found my love for movement when I started rock climbing at 19, and of course, a few injuries came along for the ride. I’ve ridden the wave of being all-in on my hobbies and the frustration of being sidelined for months.
I studied to be a physio in 3 different states, earning an undergraduate degree in Human Biosciences (Anatomy and Physiology) and a Masters of Physiotherapy.
I’m a huge believer in using both traditional hands-on treatments (like massage, joint mobilisations, and dry needling) and building real strength through rehab and conditioning.
I’m deeply driven to live a life of meaning and purpose, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. That means supporting people to overcome the physical and emotional barriers that stand in the way of their healthy, vibrant life, full of possibilities.
In my personal life, you’ll find me where my four essentials for happiness are: Nature, delicious food, good people and moving my body outside. Bonus points if my partner and Great Dane, Annie are there.
“Steph is fantastic and she is an incredibly knowledgeable physio. I appreciate the commitment she puts into finding the root cause of the issues I’ve been experiencing. Steph is exceptionally good at communicating to me what she is doing (and what I should be doing!) in a way I understand and can action. Her knowledge about outdoor and adventure sports and activities sets her apart. I highly recommend Steph.”
