Fortify Rehab Group Classes in Bibra Lake
One of the biggest frustrations people share with us is knowing what they should do to heal, recover, perform better, or just have a well rounded and healthy life, but they struggle with how to make it happen.
That’s where our Fortify Rehab classes shine. Capped at four people, each person works through their own program designed by physios with further training in strength & conditioning, Pilates, and rehab.
We also train ourselves- we know how to make time in the gym more enjoyable for the people who aren’t “gym people.”
Here’s what you get:
A set time to show up (built-in accountability)
A physio supervising, guiding, and adjusting your program as needed
A small group of people working towards their own goals alongside you
A program that progresses over time so you can keep building strength and confidence
People join us for different reasons: to rebuild after injury, stay strong for their adventures, prevent old injuries returning, or simply have the accountability and expert support to keep moving forward.
You’ll love these classes if you:
Are actively rehabbing an injury and want extra support
Want to start strength training but aren’t sure where to begin (we see you, runners & cyclists 👀)
Are focused on long-term health, bone density, and staying strong as you age
Love the accountability of a group environment
Want to train without having to overthink what to do or how to do it properly
How to Get Started
-

Step 1
Book an appointment using the book online button below. You will receive a full initial assessment to see where you are at and create a plan that is fully customisable to you.
-

Step 2
Depending on your training and exercise history and comfort in a gym environment, all participants have 1-2 private run throughs of their program before commencing group classes. We want you to feel comfortable, happy and empowered in the group class environment and this step ensures future success.
-

Step 3
Use online or in person booking to find the class times that suit you best. Two classes a week is recommended for the best results.
