Our injury rehab group classes are supervised rehab exercise sessions, capped at just four people. Everyone follows their own personalised program, designed and overseen by me, a physio advanced training in rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, and Pilates.
I also train myself. I know how to make gym time feel purposeful, supportive, and approachable, even for people who don’t see themselves as “gym people.”

How to Get Started

Step 1
Book an appointment using the book online button below. You will receive a full initial assessment to see where you are at and create a plan that is fully customisable to you.

Step 2
Depending on your training and exercise history and comfort in a gym environment, all participants have 1-2 private run throughs of their program before commencing group classes. We want you to feel comfortable, happy and empowered in the group class environment and this step ensures future success.

Step 3
Use online or in person booking to find the class times that suit you best. Two classes a week is recommended for the best results.
